Hello! I'm Ricardo.

Systems & Network Administrator

I am a Systems & Network Administrator focused on the infrastructure that keeps organizations connected and operational: networks, identity, servers, endpoints, security and internal services.

Today I administer the LAN/WAN infrastructure connecting eight locations, together with identity, Windows and Linux servers, private cloud, security, endpoints and internal platforms.

I built my career from hands-on computer repair and user support, steadily earning broader responsibilities and growing into the Systems & Network Administrator I am today.

About

Technical curiosity with operational discipline.

I enjoy the part of infrastructure work that is rarely visible when it is done well: clear standards, useful documentation, predictable access and systems that make sense to the next person.

Outside day-to-day operations, I spend time in the homelab, Linux and open-source ecosystems, and I use AI-assisted engineering as a practical way to prototype and validate tools. The decisions, trade-offs and accountability remain mine.
